Step 7: Historical Data Upload
Account Creation and Initial Access
Bright Market handles the initial setup of the organization's account, loading basic information.
Once the organization is created, access is granted to the first user, who will be designated as the administrator. This user will be responsible for creating and managing additional accounts within the system, assigning the appropriate permissions to each team member.
The administrator will receive an email with a link to set up their password and access the system for the first time.
User Creation and Permission Assignment
Roles
Before creating users in Bright Market, it is essential to first configure the roles in the system. Roles define the specific permissions and access each user will have. Once the roles are set up, they can be assigned to the appropriate users.
Roles can be created through the administration panel (see User Guide).
After creating the roles, the administrator can proceed to create user accounts and assign them the corresponding roles.
Users
Once the administrator has accessed the system, they can proceed to create additional accounts for other team members and define their access levels.
This process can be carried out through the administration panel (see User Guide).
When creating a new user from the panel, basic information must be provided. The system will automatically send an email to the new user with instructions on how to set up their password and access the system for the first time.
Review and Upload of Company Data
Once the organization is created in Bright Market, it is essential for the client to review the initially loaded basic data and complete any missing information. This review and data upload process ensures that all relevant company information is correctly registered in the system from the start.
The client can perform this task manually through the administration portal, allowing for a detailed verification and the addition of any necessary data (see User Guide).
After the organization’s data review and upload, the next step is creating business units and channels.
This process of creating business units and channels can be done manually through the portal (see User Guide).
The correct configuration of these units and channels is vital for the efficient organization and management of daily operations in Bright Market.
